In January 2008 we were lucky enough to get to spend some time with our nephew Cole. Nana and Cole came to see Uncle Dave and Aunt Kristin! Cole didn't take much to KC and Lola but he fell in love with Willy. It was a great weekend. Can't wait for them to come back with baby sister Haley - hopefully in the summertime so we can play outside!

Anniversary Trip to Napa Valley

For our 1 year anniversary, we took a long weekend trip to San Francisco and then to Napa Valley. In San Fran we went to tour Alcatraz, took a ride on the street cars, Fish Market, Lombard Street and tried to see Bary Bonds tie the home run record at a Giants game. Then onto Napa Valley where we toured wineries and tasted lots of yummy wine.

The Family Begins

Willy is the first and only cat we will ever have. He was named after Willy the Wildcat - greatest mascot of all time. Then in January of 2007, we adopted two of the wildest but cutest puppies ever! K.C., or black labrador and Lola, our yellow labrador.

From the beginning

Since we are starting a family - other than dogs and cats, I thought it was time to start our own blog.

So, I thought I would start from the beginning. The "honeymoon phase"

Hawaii was incredible. We had the best time and can't wait to go back someday.
